In March this year, I am going to visit Baking Exhibition 2013 with my young brother, he is work in bakery company and plans to open a bakery store in the future. So we will visit the Baking Exhibition every year.
There are large crowd of exhibition venue, the exhibition of raw materials from different countries, including a wide range of flour, wheat flour, cheese, jams, chocolate ...etc. And there are many baking appliances and machinery, whether for commercial or home use readily available. There is a well-known baker demonstration on the spot in the field, and shows a lot of bread, cakes and snacks.
The bread is divided into two major categories, the European bread and Japanese bread, the general European breads focus taste and savor the aroma of grain, It will mix some nuts in the dough. The Taiwanese and Japanese style bread in generally have to fill some fillings, just like red beans, creamy and taro. But now there are many bakers add their own creative, but also the pursuit of natural and wellness.
