Kitchen Notes ~ Mother's Shaoxing Drunk Chicken

My most favorite food is mother's Shaoxing Drunk Chicken , so today I will share the cooking method .

【The materials needed】:
1. A bottle of Shaoxing wine.
2. Two chicken legs or a half chicken (Do not cut into small pieces ) .
3. Som of medlar
4. Red jujube 7~8 pieces .
5. Chuan xiong 2~3 tablets .
6. Chinese angelica 2~3 tablets (will be bitter if to put too much).
7. Salt.

【The cooking method】
1. Put chicken on the pot, add cold water, remember ,the water must to be swamp over the chicken.
2. Has been cooked to boiling, then adjusted to moderate fire，then cover and cook for 15 minutes in  boring .
3. After that, turn off the fire, do not open lid, then boring 10 minutes. 

4. Use another pot poured into third of Shaoxing wine, then addwd to the medlar, Red jujube, Chuan xiong ,Chinese angelica. use low heat, cook the flavor out of ingredients.(do not use strong fire because the alcohol will evaporate )
5. Drained the water of pot, take the chicken out to be cooled, then smeared many of salt on chicken, then put the chicken into, the which pot have traditional Chinese medicine and wine.
6. All the remaining wine into the pot, swamp over the chicken
7. Put it in the refrigerator, to marinades at least 2 days, it’s will be delicious .

The Children’s Faces of the Hmong, which painting is a little girl's face, I had relly liked it ,when I first sight to the oil painting, I was deeply attracted ,because the picture of the charm of small girls looks like my daughter, and light and shadow are painting very well, although some people had different evaluation to Chang Ying-guang, but something of art, appreciation the different perspective of each person. For instance Vincent Willem van Gogh painted more than 2000 paintings during his lifetime, but just only to sold a painting, Who will guessed that at the time, following his death, his paintings would have such a big impact the arts community?

I recently bought a book eslite bookstore, It is a book“A Paris Women's Fashion Bible”wrote by French supermodel who is Lnes De La Fressange ; France Paris, a woman's elegance is recognized around the world. What is beautiful, ancient human quest and exploration for beauty ,also has never stopped.

Person's appearance depends on the arrangement of DNA, natural appearance can only be changed by plastic surgery techniques, even if the conditions to fit in with t the golden proportion, I think that is not enough.

A female or male, have attractive with or without, I think everyone needs to develop own internal and self-confidence, then it will reveal the charm.

In the other, but also need to focus on bearing, conversation, dress, body language, more importantly, to have kind internal.

In the past, learning English, Less of a chance conversation , and often with the Chinese language in the brain to think, then to switch in Englis . I went to Lunghwa University for foreign languages, That is because I am very interested in English, but also want to learn it.
In the conversation classes, can be trained communication skills, but also to enhance hearing.


Feel sorry for the teacher is because my English level is not good, Whenever the teacher in class, ask questions, In my heart really wanted to answer questions, but it can not be expressed in English, so I think that I should be more enhanced vocabulary.
