Grandmother to cleaned mint leaves , then with sesame oil and ginger fryed together until it was fragrant, and next step take out the internal organs from chicken , then put the mint leaves to chicken inside. then placed chicken into a big pot on the stove to baked.

When the chicken had been roasted, First step pull out the mint leaves from chicken , then to eat chicken by hand- stripped with a mint leaf. Roast chicken that carries a cool mint flavor, as well as the rich aroma of sesame oil, I think you are never tasted it before.
Grandmother had passed away nearly 10 years, I have not tasted mint chicken for a long time, but I will never forget that special taste. I will cooked the same mint chicken one day in the future .
