In a few years ago, I was a jewelry designer, at a well-known jewelry company in Taiwan, because my husbands factors, I had to give up my passion for jewelry design job. I remember eight years ago, there is no entrepreneurial experience, no restaurant experience to me, In order to find the relevant information of the restaurant, almost every day looking for information on the computer above to midnight.

Because of I am study design, so the store's trademark design took me a lot of energy, I design the trademarks in accordance with the image of my son's, and because I want to operate a chain of restaurants, so I thought that I should to understand anything. From the store to find the interior of supervision, machinery and equipment, raw materials and modulation of goods SOP ,then recruitment and training of staff are single-handedly. Remember just the opening period, I am too tired and hematuria, I work 15 hours every day, then until have some people join my system, I have opened a total of 15 Restaurants.

My head restaurant has entered eighth year, although the venture is very hard, but my heart felt very substantial.

Of life, there are several stages, we are grew up under the care of our parents when early age. Into primary school, and then has been to university to study stage, we are to grow under the leadership of teachers and peers. Everyone wants life are not the same, some people thought of a very rich life, someone wants there lifetime dedication to the community, some people are by day to day. But I think the life what I want is that,  in youth, I want to work seriously, especially on my interested, regardless of its success or failure. To prime time, I began to previous work experience is put into practice, I hope I can achieve great success.

Hard work a lifetime, wait to the children grow up and stable, I hope that life after retirement , I can keeping cat, then lift the brush again, and planting flowers, playing the erhu, of course, must also have a healthy body, because I still have to work as volunteers to help others.

In Guiyang Street, Hsimenting ,Taipei, there has a inconspicuous canteen called the shamisen canteens,  it is specializing in selling Japanese cuisine. Before my brother and I come here especially for there Japanese cuisine. Not yet open for business, long queues in front of the restaurant, because they do not accept bookings, so several times without eat, this time, we are intent on, so we get up early then at the morning 11:00 to queuing outside.

Until finally the admission time, we went to the 2nd floor, then there soon have been packed. In here an unlimited supply of miso soup, it is very tasty I drink series bowls, and plus a lot of green onions. We ordered Japanese rice omelet, sashimi, chicken shashlik, Tenpura, and Pineapple-fried rice. The sashimi is very fresh and a great piece, and the portions of each dish are very much, the boss is not mean, no wonder business is so good.

Because we first came here, did not know the portions of each dish, spent a total of seven hundred NT,  we are very full, but also packaged home, here is really a good place to recommend, , the next time I will going to come here with Mom and Dad.
