My First Venture the Restaurants of Silly Boy Cafa

From childhood, I would not like to take risks, therefore, before entering the social, I never thought wont to be a boss, only want to be a law of life of workers, but I do not know why the office workers lifestyle seems not very suitable for me, the hearts seem to desire that they can be masters of my own.

In a few years ago, I was a jewelry designer, at a well-known jewelry company in Taiwan, because my husbands factors, I had to give up my passion for jewelry design job. I remember eight years ago, there is no entrepreneurial experience, no restaurant experience to me, In order to find the relevant information of the restaurant, almost every day looking for information on the computer above to midnight.

Because of I am study design, so the store's trademark design took me a lot of energy, I design the trademarks in accordance with the image of my son's, and because I want to operate a chain of restaurants, so I thought that I should to understand anything. From the store to find the interior of supervision, machinery and equipment, raw materials and modulation of goods SOP ,then recruitment and training of staff are single-handedly. Remember just the opening period, I am too tired and hematuria, I work 15 hours every day, then until have some people join my system, I have opened a total of 15 Restaurants.

My head restaurant has entered eighth year, although the venture is very hard, but my heart felt very substantial.
