In recent one of my friends say that I am getting fat, And she saw immediately that I am gained 3 kg. My height is 167 cm , the most thin period of time my weight is 49 kg, but now a full 12 kg fatter than before. When the people are getting older, the metabolic rate will slow down, coupled with factors of the work, a day of the sitting time but also a lot longer time than standing, and it not to mention to sports.
