In Lunghwa course, we are very lucky can participate the international etiquette courses, by Professor Dr. Kenny T.M. Kuo. In the course we learned the table manners, and should have to pay attention to the issues in organizing a banquet, and social etiquette, including handshake, introduce a friend ... and so on.
What impressed me most is peel shrimp shell with a knife and fork, and to use knife and fork to eat bananas. Most people rarely have the opportunity to learn international etiquette, domestic children's social etiquette, do not have a specialized curriculum to teach, so I think the knowledge we learned today, not only our own benefit, we can also teach our children, so it is really great. Unfortunately, the course was too short, Professor Kuo taught witty, and the content is very rich, if I have a chance in the future, I will certainly need to learn more.
